Communication strategyfor mission-ledorganisations

Gaatha turns scattered stories, data and priorities into a clear, usable communication system—so nonprofits, foundations and social-impact teams can plan, tell and use their story with confidence.

The Gap

Good work does not alwaysspeak for itself.

Your organisation may have grown—adding programmes, geographies, funders, partners and teams. But has your communication kept up?

Today

Communication that has become scattered

Stories, data, photographs and proof exist across teams and formats. But different people explain the work differently, material gets repeatedly recreated, and each new deck, report or campaign begins almost from scratch.

There is plenty to communicate, but no shared direction on what matters most, who needs to hear it and how the pieces should work together.

With Gaatha

Clearer strategic direction

I help identify what matters, organise it clearly and shape communication direction your team can use across donor, partner, leadership, internal and public communication.

The result is communication that your team can understand, use consistently and carry forward.

Approach

Four ways I help bringcommunication into focus

I bring senior judgment and practical structure to four areas of communication.

01

Clarify the story

Strengthen how your organisation, programmes and impact are explained across websites, decks, reports and stakeholder communication.

02

Set communication priorities

Decide what needs to be communicated, to whom and when—across donors, partners, teams, leadership, campaigns and key organisational moments.

03

Strengthen stories and proof

Identify the stories, data, photographs, testimonials and proof points your organisation needs to collect and use more consistently.

04

Equip your team

Create practical structures, templates and guidance that internal teams, writers, designers and partner agencies can understand and execute.

Who I work best with

Growing mission-led organisations whose work is strong, but whose communication has not kept pace with their scale, complexity or ambitions.

Nonprofits and founder-led organisations

Especially those working across multiple programmes, audiences or geographies.

Foundations, CSR teams and impact platforms

Including organisations managing partners, portfolios and stakeholder communication.

Social enterprises and purpose-driven businesses

Working across social, environmental or public-interest issues.

The need often becomes urgent before a key ask, report, launch or change—or when the organisation has outgrown its communication.
